Overview

FloorHard FerroStrong is a dry-shake metallic floor hardener composed of graded, non-oxidizing metallic aggregates in a high-strength cementitious binder. It is designed to provide a dense, tough surface capable of withstanding the abrasion and impact loads commonly encountered by floor slabs in industrial and manufacturing facilities. FloorHard FerroStrong is also available in darker shades in addition to the standard natural gray.

Advantage

    • Provides a high-strength wearing surface in areas exposed to constant or frequent wet conditions, without risk of oxidation.
    • Metallic aggregates are free from rust, oil, and other contaminants.
    • Dense surface resists penetration by oil, grease, and various liquids.
    • Delivers a virtually dust-free flooring solution.
    • Can be applied at coverage rates of up to 15 kg/m².
    • Available in six standard colours.
    • Reinforces joint shoulders for added durability.

Specification Clause

    FloorHard FerroStrong shall be a non-rusting metallic floor hardener that provides over 30% greater abrasion resistance compared to normal concrete floors.

    • Relative Abrasion Resistance:(ASTM C779) >100% of Plain Cured Concrete (28 days)
